Awful

Washer was broken and was not notified until the next day. Trash was not taken out prior to arrival. Had to wash clothes daily as it is not part of hotel. Owner refused to give a refund so I could book additional property. Had it not been for VRBO intervention I would not have gotten any type of refund. Garbage disposal and dishwasher also were broken.
