Okay Resort

The check in process was fairly easy as all we had to do was go up to our room and key in the code to get in and that was it. When we walked into the room, the beds were made and everything was prepared nicely for us. However whenever we tried to get the Murphy bed down, it would not stay down…so the fifth person had to sleep on the couch the whole week. The resort was okay at best - definitely a place for a family but not for young adults who just want to relax at the beach or by the pool. The room had some cosmetic imperfections with how some of the doors closed and the condition of the doors. Overall this place was good.

Family vacation

It wasnt very clean when we got there. Not too big of a deal, just wiped things down myself. Does need a new broom and mop. Both were rather old. The resort amenities were nice and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Filthy and disgusting. We did not stay

I and my 9 yo daughter got there around 10p. Roaches crawling, glob of black hair on bathroom floor, bed linens had not been changed. Overall filthy. We left and did not come back. I’ve asked for a refund? But seems I’m not going to get it. I am now working with the South Carolina State Health and Environmental Dept so hopefully citations will be issued.

Decent but not what was expected

The room smelled of mold, even though it was great location, and beachfront like the description, the cleanness of the room wasn’t the best, and what I paid to stay for the few days I was there was unsettling. Last year I stayed at the same property, half the price and it was immaculate, so it was upsetting to see I paid double and ended up having to clean the room up some before unpacking and going to town to get candles to help mask the stench.

Overall good experience

We have been to Myrtle Beach several times and have stayed at different hotels each time. The communication with this property management was wonderful they always answered my questions in a timely fashion. When we first arrived at the hotel we were a little bit worried because the outside of the hotel and the hallways were pretty dirty and ran down. However, we went to our room and we’re very pleasantly surprised. The room was much nicer inside and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was perfect and came with all of the amenities needed for a family that doesn’t want to go out to eat three times a day. The view is perfect as you are directly facing the ocean. My kids had a blast at the pool and lazy river. So overall we were happy with our stay it was perfect for our family.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The check in process was seamless, and the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent. The elevators were a bit slow but that is to be expected. We had a really great time and look forward to coming back. Would definitely stay here again.

Expectations met

Communication was smooth, quick, and efficient. They checked in on us a couple days into our week long stay. If I ever find my family coming back to Myrtle beach, I would try renting this room before any place else.
