Would absolutely stay again

Initially our stay was a little rough, there had clearly been some major damage done by a prior visitor as the microwave handle and TV's were all pulled from their mounts and we had a bit of a scare with "water bugs" throughout (though this is likely just due to the beach location). The host was super responsive and even had the microwave entirely replaced the day after we alerted her to the issues. Now for the good - this place is less than 100 steps from the beach and was a great value for the price. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals to save money and while a little leaky the shower in the common backyard was perfect to hose off the sand. An amazing central location to many attractions and almost entirely soundproof.

Close to beach. We arrived the day after a hurricane and the staff took extra additional measure to ensure clean up was in place.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help, the unit is very dated, we could never get the tv in the living room to work and had to have pest control come out due to roaches in the unit. Paid for linens it was a mismatched sheet set the towel had a tear in it. The unit is close to the beach and in a great area.

The property was dirty. There was food particles in the sink coffee left in the coffee pot. The linen was dirty, and there were used food containers under the bed. The property itself was cute and spacious and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants

The dryer door didn’t shut, painters tape was being used to hold it shut which did not work. The floor was torn up in the kitchen. Roaches. Mattress was stained and dirty. If I was staying more than one night, I would’ve asked for a refund.

I have no complaints. Place was cute and everyone In the office was very helpful. So close to the beach but far enough to be a little more quiet and secluded

So-so place near ocean

Pros: close to ocean, quiet, free parking. Cons: shower doesn’t work, most everything is a bit damaged, no way this place sleeps six, not enough silverware and glasses for more than one.
