Cape Coddages I in Surfside Beach is one of the most desirable complexes on the south end of the Grand Strand. Delight your senses from the oceanfront first floor corner balcony in #101. Watch sunrises and the little ones in the pool, smell the salty air, hear the waves crashing right from the convenience of your rocking chair! WIFI. Fireplace is not operational. No smoking or pets allowed.

Cape Coddages I is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This unique oceanfront complex offers varying types of units ranging from two-bedroom flats to three-bedroom townhomes. Fix your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the oceanside outdoor pool from Easter – October 1. There is no elevator at Cape Coddages I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit with one being an assigned parking space. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

The location can’t be beat and the cleanliness was great. Some of the aesthetic is a bit dated, but it was very comfortable and convenient for my family.

The dirty entry door and moldy outside wood is the first thing that greets you. Inside, cracks in the plaster, TV wires dangling and long unused smoke detectors ? add to the feeling of owner's neglect. The beautiful view of the ocean is all but ruined by the cheap plastic and decaying wicker furniture. Broken beds, cheap utinsels and, actual rust in the refrigerator will help you leave when your time is up. No photos did I take. In this case a word is worth a thousand pictures. P.S. the bugs really impressed my wife.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time this year at Myrtle and are looking to stay again specifically at Cape Corttages. The room was very clean and up to date. Everything was exactly as expected. Dunes Realty is SUPER easy to work with. The keyless entry was so nice and easy. The only downside for the week was the pool pump stopped working and they never reopened the pool again past Monday. The kids were really disappointed. Last year everything was closed because of COVID and this year they only we’re able to swim one day. Other than that everything was very nice and we would stay again in a heartbeat.
