I loved the way the room was set up. Especially the balcony/ocean view. I didn't like where the room wasn't completely clean. There were pieces of food on the floor in the bedroom and family room, and a bottle top on the balcony.

Staff was helpful. Room 504; balcony was dirty with a indoor rug, the patio furniture wasn't cleaned, the AC unit was extremely dirty outside and inside. I cleaned the AC unit inside with disinfectant wipes. Lamps needed working light bulbs, the pillows on the sofa are old and shapeless. The track on the closet doors in the living room are rusted, brown in color.
