Great unit, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, but...

Pros: Unit was as described, well decorated, comfortable bed, nice full-size fridge, well stocked with dishes, dish soap, towels, and soap/shampoo/lotion, wonderful ocean view, and nice to be right on the beach. Also, property manager communication was very prompt and helpful. Cons: The rest of the building was extremely dirty and in disrepair. Seemed to be a constant smell of smoke (of all flavors) - could not even enjoy sitting on the balcony. The pool was very small. Super long line at the desk just to get a parking pass. Very low water pressure, and tub could use a makeover. Pictures show a Kuerig coffee machine, but upon arrival, it was a regular coffee machine. While the majority of the issues were not in control of the unit owner (had very few issues with the unit itself). but just beware of some of the undesirable surroundings.
