Last Minute Family Vacation

We loved this place. Even though the resort amenities were not available, we planned our own food and just enjoyed the pools and beach all day, everyday. The ONLY disappointment was the one key card situation. This made riding the elevator very difficult because you need the key card to get up and down. So we could not split up. Hoping to book this place again, but seems like prices might be a bit too high for us next year.

Ok getaway

Not enough bath towels, washclothes or dish rags. No oven mit. Toilet not very clean nor flushed well. Tub drained slow and had to stand in water. Ok stay.

The customer support we received was excellent when we called. There could have been more bathroom hand towels, kitchen towels and dish cloths left in the room as we were only provided with one of each and it wasn't enough for the two weeks stay. The ROKU tv in the LR required sign in each time it was used. The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom edge. One of the stove top burners started to smoke when turned on. The floor edges really need a good scrubbing especially in the bathroom. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you.

I will need Ed book through Vrbo again

This was more pricey 2. Wrong cosecdorw the locker was given in my email this was bad we had to all go places at the same time and most of the time the cars did not work on the elevator 3. Again wrong code given to get on the room 4. When I called customer service I spoke with a “Brittany” she was very rude!! Me and my husband just wanted to order a drink and sit on the beach we couldn’t do that because we were not resort guests. Next time I will just book through the resort it’s cheaper and you seem to ne treated better

Was surprised to find that it was a converted hotel room. The a/c in the front room was not as efficient as it should be. But it was ok for the length of our stay.

We will not be booking threw this company anymore . Very unsatisfied with not being able to use the hotel activities. All the key card issues we had so we can get in and out of the building. The room was damaged when we got into it. Half of the outlets don’t work and the other half are loose so when you plug something in it falls out. The bathroom sink knob is flimsy and flops around. The shower has no pressure behind it. Very unhappy right now. The only good thing about the room is all the decor in it. Can’t even adjust the room temperature because it’s regulated by the owner.
