If I was here for a golf trip or a few days at the beach this place was a great location. Pretty much minutes to where you need to be. But I wasn’t here for golf I was here for work and it was nice and quiet great host would stay again

Excellent

Great place, quiet, clean, & more amenities than expected. View had a little to be desired but we didn’t mind. We never found a grill either which was a small nuisance, but we got over it! We will definitely return in the future! Thank you!!

St. James Graduation Stay

My family and I stayed here for our niece's Graduation. It was a great choice choising Dune Our Thing! Andrew was wonderful to work with, the neighbors music was a skosh louder than my husband and like however, upon reaching out Andrew answered right away and though the property was not his nor did he know who was there, he offered many suggestions to help. Of course he had no control over it but was great about!Thank you Again Andrew, hopefully we'll talk again soon!

Great place

Was thrown off by the facts it wasn’t a house but a townhouse or duplex whatever you want to call it. The outside looks worn down but the inside is awesome. We didn’t stay there much do to going to the beach which is 5 minutes away for surf side or 15-20 for myrtle beach. We went to all the attractions up at myrtle beach again not far away. We had 5 people and with 3 bathrooms it was helpful with showers and getting ready! Loved it and would stay again for sure!
