Our room was clean, the beds were super comfortable. Sheets and towels all spotless. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful. We had never been to Conway before and they gave us great recommendations for dining, directions to places we should see, answered all of our questions. So polite! Not an extravagant breakfast, but we were not really expecting one. Had a bagel and coffee. They do have a waffle maker. We actually ended up staying an extra night and they were very accommodating.

Be aware they actually charge your security deposit on your credit card, not just a hold like most hotels and it takes 7 to 10 days to be refunded and they charge you a 6% transaction fee (way more than the credit card company is charging them)so you don't get the entire security deposit back.

I drove up. 2 shirtless gents strolled out from behind the building. I assume looking for lost teeth but, just a thought. Place is kinda dumpy if I’m being fair and felt very sticky. Turned around without checking in and went to a brand new place next door. Left the money, took the cannolis.

The parking lot has several pit holes that need to be filled and could use better lighting. While the room has been updated the desk chair needs to be replaced and the floor felt soft in places.
