Renter Beware!

Please read and add in! The location of the rental was great, but I would highly suggest not renting this unit out again until some much needed changes are made. To start, it was very clear from the get go that cleanliness was not a priority. Upon arrival, we took many photos of dirt and left over grime from previous visitors that were either overlooked or ignored. Additionally, the lack of care from the homeowner is very clear solely based on the state of HVAC filter. It was COVERED in filth and it appeared to have never have been changed. Lastly, upon arrival, it was observed that there were multiple outlets and switches with what appeared to be roach feces. This was confirmed during the duration of our stay when multiple German Roaches were found inside the home. Finally, the amenities or lack there of, was subpar at best. God forbid you need to use the restroom at the pool house! The linens did not feel clean or fresh and the beds and pillows were not comfortable at ALL. The hosts need to really do a reality check and take a look from the guests perspective before even considering charging people outrages fees to rent such an unkempt place.
