Great location, beach access, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis/ basketball court, grilling area, all that in the center of Myrtle Beach! Located close to Ocean Blvd., close to all main attractions, restaurants and bars! beautiful ocean and Family kingdom view!

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 twin beds , 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa in living room, fully equipped kitchen with all basics, hair dryer and iron for your convenience, beautiful ocean view from the balcony, it’s a pleasant and cozy place, very comfortable and best spot in the center of MB!

Guest Access:
*Pool access with Green pool key only (green pool key must be returned to apartment)
* Free parking with parking pass only (Parking Pass will wait for you in the apartment on the cork board). Only 1 parking spot available. Motorcycles aren’t allowed.
*NO mailbox for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Washer and dryer available in the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located across the street from the ocean, close to ocean Blvd., close to Family Kingdom and all main attractions.
Ocean view from the balcony!

Getting Around:
You can use a car or taxi or Uber to get around the city.

Other Things to Note:
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
