Third row multi-family home with a semi-private heated pool (size approximately 13' x 26', shared with Lefty's LegaSea Ocean) in Garden City Beach, SC. Lefty's LegaSea Marsh is a 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex with covered porches, only a short walk to beach with great inlet and ocean views. Accommodating 12 with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 set of double bunks and 2 daybeds with trundles. No smoking or pets allowed. Can be rented as 8 bedrooms, 8 1/2 baths, accommodating 22 with Lefty's LegaSea Ocean.
