Great location

This condo is in such a great location of Myrtle Beach. Just across the street from the beautiful beach. You can hear the waves and view the ocean from the balcony. Very cozy place. I would definitely rebook in the future when visiting Myrtle beach again.

Love Love Love

This was exactly as it looks the stay was great. The rooms were nice and spacious. Bathrooms were cleaned. lol we had no idea we was on the third floor lol but we survived and made it. It was a beautiful sight and walk to the beach. We will be returning

Not as advertised - please read before booking:Listing says no pets - there had definitely been pets in the master bedroom - you could smell pet urine in one area the entire visit. The appliances are not new. Day 1 - The fridge ice maker was leaking and ultimately turned the entire freezer into a block of ice. The oven did not work properly either. The WiFi does not work and when it does you get security notifications that it is unsecure. The management company stated this is not their responsibility. The final straw was when the AC went out in the living room the second full day of our stay. The unit needed to be replace but it would be at least a day. We tried to work out a solution with the rental company. They stated it would be fixed that night. It was not. There was no unit in the second bedroom so the master was forced to try to cool the whole place. We were forced to leave and have a half of day with no accommodations. They offered alternate accommodations but they were at a 1BR or a location 20 mins further away. The best they could do was refund about 1/3 of what we spent for the rental. They said it was on us to get any more out of VRBO. I don’t like to leave a negative review and gave them opportunities to make this right and they did not so I am making others aware the downfalls of this property.
