We had a good stay . We were unprepared to make our own beds and the cleaning staff need to wash the floors as they are very dirty as shown by our socks.

The location of the property was wonderful. Ample parking, numerous pools, Tiki Bar, and DJ. The condo was clean but it does need updating especially living room furniture and one bathroom. Overall it was a great vacation and we would stay at this property again.

Furniture and appliances need replaced and/or repaired. Location and view however almost made up for that downside. Ocean Breeze personnel were great, addressed issue with faulty fire alarm very quickly, Gene was great.

Rooms with incredible views!

The bathrooms need extensive updating. Everything is short, both tubs are soft. Looks like mold insert a glued down tubmat. Maintenance was showed and is aware. It's up to the owner to fix it.

The condo was very clean and all towels and linens were on site. More than enough chairs on the balcony. Had to buy a few small utensils but no big cost. Would like to see a bigger tv in the living room. I think the dishwasher needs to be set in properly. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Out of date and dirty

When we arrived we noticed it looked like it had not been cleaned prior. That was a huge disappointment. Dishes in the dishwasher, filthy windows, dirty balcony and the balcony furniture was caked with filth. I stained two clothing items as a result. The unit is out dated. Functional but old. The view was the best part.

Updates on porch furniture would be nice. Repair on bedroom sliding door was needed. Upholstery on sofa was ripped on one arm and needed repair. Unit was clean and kitchen was very functional. Weather for April turned out to be fabulous! What a surprise to find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Would recommend anytime! Thanks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we stopped at the front desk for the pool bracelets and parking tag. The front desk guy had a question about the reservation paperwork (I printed my reservation), so he got the manager involved. The manager said "I've never heard of this company" which made me a little anxious since I had not been to the condo. I eventually got to the condo. The condo was nice and appears how it is seen in the pictures; it looks like most of the condo was updated and there were some things that still needed to upgraded, however this did not damper our stay. It is advertised internet. The password that was provided on the reservation email was did not work. we had called the company, who placed us on hold to call the front desk, and then told use the password was correct. Being a graduate student this was very important, however the next day we went down to the front desk and the friendly lady gave us the correct user id and password.Besides those two hiccups, the condo, the resort, the view and location were excellent. While researching condos and places to stay, there were no reviews for this condo. I am not sure why there were no reviews, but I would definitely stay here again.

Sea Watch

The condo was nice but some things could be better. The kitchen and restrooms have very low ceilings, 7 feet at the most. The pictures were not accurate. The family room pictures show space between the coaches to make it appear very roomy. It is in fact a small area. Also, the bathroom shower floor felt soft. The faucet also had no stopping point. The knob continued to turn around and around so you had to work to get the handle adjusted to shut the water off. The view of the beach was outstanding and the amenities were great. However, for the price of the condo, I will do better next time. I will not recommend this particular condo but I will recommend others in this resort that I have stayed in.

Beach Front Condo

Condo was very nice and clean. Linens came vacuum sealed in a bag so the first thing we had to do was make the beds. Balcony view was outstanding. My only issue was with the check in process. I don’t like waiting until 4 pm (actually 4: 03) to receive door combination.

We really love this condo!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The thing we like most is both bedrooms having their own bathroom and both having access to the balcony. We also like not having to keep up with a room key. We received the email with our code at exactly 4:00pm. This seems to be a very family oriented resort which is exactly what we wanted. The resort is also in a great location. I felt very safe walking around the area. We will definitely be back!

The unit was very nice. It had two two bedrooms; each with a king and bathroom. Perfect for two couples. The living and dining area furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony

Unit was great for my family. Direct ocean view sitting on the balcony was awesome. Nice pools and hot tubs and easy access to the beach.
