The condo was nice. Just a few things be nice to have more trash bags, a little better quality towels and toilet paper. It was cute place. Nice view of the beach.

The Palace was a nice location for a short family trip. The location is very convenient to the beach We were able to walk to a few spots but also. It a far drive from dining. The maintenance staff were very responsive when we had an issue with the toilet and it was fixed timely.

Condo was beautifully decorated and the outdoor pool area was beautiful with easy beach access. Kitchen was renovated and very nice looking! Bedroom 1 has great views of the ocean! Convenient parking and loading/unloading area. However we found dirty cups and silverware in the cupboards and drawers. Plus there was several areas in different rooms with dirt on the floors. Overall it was a good rental; cleanliness could be better.

Owner made effort to make unit pretty & inviting. However, cleaning svc. was terrible. Rug not vacuumed, floors dirty & appliances sticky. Killed roach in bathroom. Had parking pass displayed in car and still received parking warning. Property management needs to be more attentive. I feel bad for owner.
