Ocean View Condo in the Dunes and Golden Mile area.

One of the best locations in Myrtle Beach right on N Ocean Blvd ... Our condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and each bedroom is a Master with a walk-in closet and remodeled bathroom (BR#1 king bed..BR#2 two XL twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in living area), updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Linens, towels, utilities, Cable TV (2TV's one in living area and one in BR#2) ,Internet and WiFi access are provided. Nice ocean view where you can watch the sun come up over the blue Atlantic. Just a short walk to the beach or enjoy our saltwater swimming pool.
Ocean View Towers is a family oriented mid-rise 2 building property. Only 34 units per building. This is our second home and we only rent to adults 25 years of age and over. We do not rent to groups. Parking is reserved for one vehicle only and is strictly enforced, however, limited public street parking is available on 77th Ave.
Golfers and Beach lovers … weather is great for outdoor activity. Enjoy sunning and walking on the beach or getting in 18 holes at 4 great courses within a 10 min drive and 20 plus courses within 20 to 45 min drive. The beach is so close you can see the ocean from the balcony.
Close to shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, golf and restaurants. Possibly the best value and location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

PLEASE Note: Due to the COVID-19 situation we have changed our check-in and Check-out hours to help ensure that there is time for additional cleaning. We encourage our guests to follow recommended CDC guidelines, social distancing, and wear appropriate face coverings.
*Pest control is the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Access to the condo is required.
*Rental golf carts, mopeds, and motorcycles are not allowed.

We love it there!! Very nice and communitive hosts! Unit is VERY ROOMY and neighborhood is extremely safe! Found my new favorite happy hour at Crave...walking distance even with a bum knee. Many grocery store options close by. My husband and I loved playing cards on the balcony.

We enjoyed our condo even though the weather wasn’t great for the weekend. The host, Nora was very nice sending reminders about the condo rules and regulations. We had everything that we needed in the condo. It is equipped with everything. The only concern my husband had, was the water pressure to the master shower. Other than that the location and the access to the beach, stores, and restaurants was great. We will definitely come back.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and the little deck was a plus. It was a 1 block walk to the beach which was clean. The house even had beach chairs/towels. The property was very well maintained, clean, beautifully landscaped and close to beach and many eating establishments and downtown, without being in a congested or noisy neighborhood. Beach condo that delivered!

This was our first time staying in this condo. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. Everything we needed to know was clearly spelled out in our communications with Nora. Additional information was collated in an organized folder, so what we needed was always at our fingertips. The condo was spotless and well-maintained. The sheets and towels were luxurious and the beds very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Nora was easy to contact before, during, and after our stay. We found everything to be just as the property description stated. The master bedroom and balcony provided ocean views. The beach, restaurants, and grocery stores were within easy walking distance, and the neighborhood felt safe for walking. Will definitely reserve this condo in the future and have marked it as a favorite!
