parking was a long walk but no problem. bring your own bath towels....they gave us 4 towels for 2 people and 6 days with the offer to bring extra towels for 25, or we could wash them for 6 a load. inconvenient but not the problem. heres something not so great, when you get out of the shower walking on the carpet made our feet dirty immediately. so heres the problem, our power went out in the building which only effected our ac...no ac for 3 days which was not vrbo fault but the communication and customer service from casago was terrible and totally lacking in every way. they never gave us any updates after we reported it and they would not answer there email for a day and a half if i asked for an update. i had to be ugly before they would answer. never checking in to reassure us that someone was working on it or checking to see if they could help in any way. avoiding contact after they knew there was a real problem was totally unprofessional. i would not want them managing my property.
