The room isn’t great and resort is outdated.
Our first time staying at the Caravelle resort. Definitely run down. Immediately upon getting on the second floor, I was turned off and regretted booking this room. The room itself wasn’t run down, but smaller than what the pictures made it feel. We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 9 and under) and it was tight. My biggest complaint was the shower. I knew it was a standup shower but the bathroom is SO small and the shower head wasn’t adjustable. I’m 5’2” and the water would hit me straight in the face and if I turned around, my face was in the wall. Forget bathing the kids - I called to complain the very next morning and on day 3 of our 4 day trip, the owner agreed to change to a wand style in order to accommodate which was at least better for our family. Chairs on balcony missing slats, poor lighting, tv remotes didn’t work nor were there any channels, outlet situation was a disaster. It was just disappointing. Parking here is also terrible. Linens were very clean so I did like that fact. Resort indoor pool wasn’t operating (totally empty). The plus was the pool (the kids loved it) and the easy beach access (which was great). Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this resort again unless they did some major upgrades.

False Advertisement, Lack of details. Once booked no concern for customer
To start out the Room Itself was Not Too bad besides the details. The Hotel advertised Indoor Pools, there were none in operation and have been down for over a month and half. Jacuzzi outside was torn apart during our 2nd day of stay right below are 2nd floor balcony ?? why do this in APRIL. We were locked in our room for over an hr. due to a malfunction of door Electronic Lock system. Had the fire dept there to get us out. Took ocean breeze Mechanic over 3 1/2 hrs. to fix as we were forced to stay at our room due to no door Closure. The Outdoor Pool was nice and was heated but kiddie pool was not. Lazy river was ok but dirty due to construction. The rooms appliances were nice besides the ten-cent coffee pot that does not work for beans (spend 30 dollars buy a nice one) You Have to make your own Beds and tear them down after as they are still using covid for a way to get their work done, Bedding was very rough!! Furniture was ok not sure why you would have two couches. Balcony furniture was cheap plastic very worn. I guess you get some of what you pay for but Beware Ask questions. The indoor pool was a main thing we were looking for due to weather and there was none. The bathroom was small but very well kept and shower was roomy no bathtub for littles. Nobody came during the whole stay of seven days to clean or even see if everything was going ok or if needing anything . Myrtle Beach was a Great Place to vacation at, but this Place was mediocre at best. HONEST REVIEW

Fantastic times at Myrtle Beach!
Check-in was very easy, as was parking. Elevators were quick and people there were very friendly. The room was great, we had zero issues with our stay. It took mere minutes to get to the beach and then into the ocean. We had a great view of the ocean from our side balcony. Though be sure to check out the 7th floor open balcony during the evening. Spectacular views!

the property was okay will want to stay higher floors seen roaches under all trashcans around in halls and parking deck. ocean breeze makes you make and unmake your own bed there was no tp or complimentary soaps no blanket for extra pullbout bed

Kids loved it!
Our stay was great! Our kids had a blast with the endless amount of things to do. The pools were amazing along with the sky deck and quick access to the beach. We really enjoyed our time and definitely will be back!

The location was good! We were only staying for two nights so I made the best of it! It would have been much better if the pictures on the website matched the facility! I was really disappointed with the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend going especially if you are going to be there beyond a few days
