I checked into my room on 6/19/21. The room was absolutely filthy. The fridge is rusted and leaking water all over the floor. The toilet constantly ran, the blankets and sheets were dirty, the walls, cabinets, floors were dirty. Unacceptable and unhealthy especially in today’s world of Covid! The door to the room was busted. The dust on the air conditioner was thick. The tables and counter had a film on them. The hallways to the room were not swept or cleaned. I called the customer service number to discuss and was told maintenance or cleaning crew were unavailable. I requested another room but was told none were available. I requested a refund but was refused and was told that mgmt's review of the room didn't qualify for a refund, as it was normal wear and tear. This room needs a new fridge. A thorough cleaning and maintenance. The pictures on the VRBO site are fraudulent and customer service was the most unfriendly I’ve ever experienced. The place was so filthy and dirty that I didn't stay one night. I want to protect others from this horrible experience, please do not rent this condo as rental agent is very shady.

I was not expecting much about the place since my first stay with my grandson. But the room was the exact picture and we had an amazing week. It was a quick walk to the beach and the waterpark. That is all my grandson (4) was wanting to do and have a place to go back to rest and sleep. My only issue was I did not know ahead of time that I had to use a code to enter and exit the room. And with a small child that was hard to always remember and the first day my phone died before we got back to room. But after that I wrote in down and put in many different locations in my beach bag. Nothing bad to report. Would stay here again. Was quite the week we went and was the perfect time to go without crowds.
