Nice property, and good location, but would be very nice to be able to check in before 4:00 pm most of the day is already gone.

Winter getaway

The property was exactly as depicted on the VRBO site. Great views and the complex is very pet friendly which is important to us. The only drawback is the lack of counter space in the kitchen area and laundry facilities but we found this to be an easy work around. We have already booked for next year.

Poor communication

Be advised, if you rent this property, you will not get any communication through VRBO messages. I messaged them several times over a couple months, with no response. I had to call the realtor that was renting this unit, when I arrived. Because I had no entry info. Turns out, they were messaging me through my personal email. I did recognize the sender, and have never had a rental message me outside of the VRBO site. So, I never opened them. Overall, the condo was nice and fairly clean. Only issue is that the ice machine is right outside the entrance of the condo. So lots of people outside your door, making a lot of noise

The only good thing about this place was the oceanfront view. Our check in time was at 4 but couldn’t check in u til 4:30. I understand them being short staffed but it was still an inconvenience due to us having our two dogs with nowhere to go. The beds had to have had bed bugs and because there is no front desk staff we could t get help. We stayed less than 24 hours and paid wayyy too much to stay at a place like this. The moment I laid down I started itching and so did not gf. We sprayed Lysol down to try and help but it didn’t. I do not recommend staying here. Please look elsewhere, take my word or you’ll be sorry. Waste of money. The shower had someone else’s hair in it and I was just disgusted. I would never book here even if I was paid to.

Parking at the Pinnacle building where this unit is located was a nightmare. Zero parking passes left in unit for use. AC in bedroom wouldn't cool consistently and back half off with filter hanging out. All this emailed as instructed in arrival email with no response to date. We left 2 days early

Perfect Stay

The property was exactly as the listing said. It was very clean, easy check in, everything we needed to be there was there, and we also had great communication with the owener. We had such a great time at the property we wish we would have booked and extra day or two. Definitely recomend!
