Sleeps 4. 270 degrees views with sliding windows floor to ceiling 7 separate 3 panel units surround this unit with 9 foot ceilings for spectacular panoramic 270 degree view of the entire strip of Myrtle Beach with view of the Dunes club as well as all of North Myrtle beach. Check WEB LINK TO UTUBE VIDEO .Unit is fully furnished with above average furnishings. Cable and internet included, stereo, DVD as well as CD players.FLAT SCREEN TV in both bedrooms and living room. Building amenities heated Olympic size pool heated with outdoor Tiki bar, Adjacent two fully refurbished tennis courts (hard-court) type with view of ocean. Lobby is in marble with 24 hour security guards, oceanfront bar, media room for viewing DVDs seats up to 12, card room, pool room, restaurant open during peak season. Outdoor water park as well as indoor pool five minute car ride available for nominal fee. Located in the Arcadian section; can walk to restaurant row or walk to at least 5 different restaurants within 5 minutes. Five minute drive gets you to Tanger outlets, Wal-Mart, other retail stores. Barefoot landing in North Myrtle is 10 min car ride. Broadway at the beach and airport are within 20 minute ride as well as downtown Myrtle Beach. Apache fishing pear is 5 minute walk can fish or just observe. Multiple things to do to appeal to all age groups. I rent Sat to Sat no less than 7 days!!

The condo is great! It is a little dated, but comfortable. The beds are firm and hurt after a few nights and the condo could stand a really good deep-cleaning. Overall, we had a great time and the views are incredible!

Quite ad relaxing with amazing views

Ryan was responsive and easy to deal with. Check in was quick and easy despite the cleaning crew was running behind and our room was not ready at 4pm. We loved the view and will staying again in the future. Place was very quite that made our time there very relaxing.

First working with the owner Dr Ryan is a pleasure, he is always there to help. The condo is beautiful, views are spectacular. It's not my first time here and won't be my last. The Maisons building is so nice. Beautiful pool, pool bar, access right on the beach, ocean club, cafe for breakfast and lunch. You won't be disappointed.

My husband, teen daughter, and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! Very pleased that we chose this place for our vacation 😀. Dr. Meredith was quick to respond to messages and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. We hope to be able to schedule here again next summer.

Great stay with beautiful view.

Check-in procedure was a little bumpy but the owner straightened everything out quickly. Very clean wonderful location some of the fixtures are dated but going to be updated soon. The lobby of the building is being remodeled and looks beautiful, beach access was easy, lots of new amenities being added to the location. Overall very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Condo

Ryan, the owner was very nice to work with and although we experienced a few problems during our stay, he was great about discounting the days that we were inconvenienced. It is a beautiful condo with stunning views!! One of our favorite condos that we have rented in North Myrtle Beach, and we have stayed in numerous places over the years. We are definitely planning a return visit.

Nice place

Overall this is a very nice unit with a few minor issues. We really liked the layout with the 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit with the kitchen, dining room & living room in between as it allowed for some privacy when needed. It was nice having a balcony for each bedroom along with a common balcony. Everything we needed was available for our stay and the unit is well equipped with accessories. There are a few things that need fixing though, including the bedroom night table lights (likely a bad dimmer switch) and the bathroom exhaust fan that didn't work at all. The kitchen cabinets are of low quality and aren't in keeping with the rest of the unit. The building has full time security, entry access went smoothly and we had no problems finding parking. There are 3 pubs/bars close by and we would recommend the Irish pub (Finn McCools) just up the road. There is also a small convenience store across the street if needed. The beach in this area isn't as busy as others we stayed at and the area is safe to walk in the evening. It is a place we would happily return to in the future.

Spectacular views!

Overall this is a wonderful property & I would recommend staying here. The views are second to none. Dinner on the patio is a must so that you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Our last day/night here was during Hurricane Ian & although we were a little nervous at the onset, we were perfectly safe & sound. With all the amazing views & such, our only suggestion would be a little “up dating”.
