You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood look tile, granite and a lovely cultured marble tub, tiled kitchen and bath. All work completed 2/2017. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table. We are local and there to help with all your vacation needs. This is a home, not a sterile hotel room!

Escape to a carefree vacation. Surrounded by Tropical landscaping and breath-taking views of the ocean from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. We offer welcome gifts, beach chairs for your use and stocked linens. This has all new furnishings and 6 pillows per bed. We want you to feel pampered when you leave. This unit is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center. Many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.

There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's both indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. If golf is your thing we have it on all levels from miniature to world class. Myrtle Beach is considered the golfing capital of the South Eastern U.S.
Restaurants are everywhere and we have many award winning chefs and a great variety of cuisine's available.

We stayed for a long weekend bc our daughter had a cheer event at the convention center. Unit was super clean, had plenty of beach accessories, and was right on the beach. Thanks for a great time!

Great views in Myrtle Beach

Nice and comfortable place, great view out two sides, and had everything we needed. Outside grassy area had nice loungers and tables. Easy access to the beach via a short boardwalk with a spigot to rinse off. Check in was clear and easy, Only downside was the construction on the pier prevented walking south on the beach, and machinery was noisy during the day.

We came and had one night only at this wonderful place and wish we’ve stayed here a week. Had everything we needed chairs, boogie boards, nice beach all the beach things you would highly recommend it and we hope to come back again.

Fabulous Beach Location

This property has a great view and is just a football field walk to the ocean. It has a boardwalk that leads you right there! The room is decorated super cute and makes you feel at home, plus the beds are comfortable. Will stay here again!

We loved sitting in the recliners and looking out over the ocean! It’s such a comfy place with great views and everything you need for your stay. We also loved walking to several restaurants that were near by. Will definitely come back!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The renters were very thoughtful and answered all questions prior to the trip. The until was clean well prepped and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. I would recommend this until to all my friends.

This place was small but cute! When we arrived, there was a welcome gift and some necessities already in the fridge! The views of the ocean were amazing! The convenience of the location and the amenities on the property made it the perfect get-away! I would not hesitate to book again! Thank you for being fantastic host!

Location!

We had a wonderful time in this condo at Myrtle Beach. We went in January, so it was not extrememy warm, but we were able to sit on the balcony during the day. The location is wonderful, the view is awesome and the condo was very clean and well stocked.

This was an amazing trip. The condo is very clean and welcoming. Beds are extremely comfortable. The Perls are very thoughtful and had a nice gift waiting on us upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend. We will be back!

Kim (owner)is awesome! We were coming in right after hurricane Helene and she CALLED US to check on us and how it may affect our travels. She worked with us for our situation. She was readily available durning our entire stay. The condo is beautiful! What you see in the photos is what you get. I loved the balcony! Relaxing Myrtle Beach vacation by the ocean

My friend and I really enjoyed our December stay at Palm Escapes. The 11th floor, oceanside condo was comfortable, well equipped for cooking and quiet. The ample parking garage was right across the street. Our hostess, Kim, responded quickly to questions, and the arrival letter was very informative. Despite the cool weather we enjoyed walks on the beach, but the most memorable was sunrise each day!! The colors were amazing! We would consider this location next year.

Break From Life

My best girlfriend and I needed a getaway. This condo and off season was perfect for us. Booking Was a breeze. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to all communication. The beach access was easy.. i have a bad knee and had no problem. Pools and Hot Tub enjoyable. We felt very safe in Myrtle Beach with Covid restrictions
