My daughter and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pictures are totally accurate and the room was very comfortable. We will recommend to our friends and family. 😊

It's not ocean front but is placed at a perfect angle to see an unobstructed view of the ocean. The room has a decent sized balcony, a stove, and a full sized fridge. The beds were comfortable and the amenities included at the resort were very nice.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. I gave cleanliness a 4 because although it was clean the toilet seat needs to be replaced and a coat of paint for the walls. You must wear your wrist bands to the pool as you will be asked to show them.The restaurant is open to all guests and is very good and only accepts credit cards. All of the resort is cashless.

The unt was as described. Parking and the elevator can be a bit of challenge but its is a resort so.... no issues. Good food nearby as well as grocery and drug stores. Most are walkable. Pool is very crowded and can be a bit noisy until it closes at 10. Overall, 4 stars.

Upon arrival we found our room with ease. It was in immaculate condition. An excellent view of the ocean and pool which my children adored. All resort staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that caused Amy frustration was the parking situation. If you are not back at the resort before dark you will most definitely have to park in overflow parking across the street. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning for future residents. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Enjoyed the location of the property. With two kids under age age of 10 it was the best option for us - walking distance to the beach and pools. Have not used the gym , however, game room and gift shop always open, clean. Most if the time we cooked at our place because it was more convenient for us, but if you want something to order or going out , there is plenty restaurants just in 5 min drive. There was one place just in 5-10 walking across the street for pizza and other food. Since restaurant at the resort did not have pizza- we did not go there. There’s limited space for parking though, therefore if you come late from somewhere, they had optional parking across the street. In overall , kids were super happy and busy with pools and beach , therefore overall rating I put 5 starts , because that’s important for me.

The room was clean, the balcony door does not lock and there was about 3 inches of sand on balcony and if you didn’t wear shoes your feet were black from balcony, the property not so much. Overall an ok place, to stay for the price, cheaper than most but not great. I did have a issue checking in. Did not receive codes, was told they sent the code to my email which once given was not an email I have ever had.

Things we loved: - right on the beach! - pool was excellent - area felt safe - kids loved it Things we didn’t love so much: - VRBO was particularly sandy on arrival. Literally, And everywhere and rather a large pile swept under the rug. But we found the broom - not a big deal. - kitchen utensils weren’t great. Bring your own plastic spatula, can opener, knives, etc. - no storage space. All kitchen storage was either locked or already filled with stuff. We ended up piling things in a corner. Not the end of the world. Just mildly annoying. Overall, a good experience. Kids had a blast. Area was nice. Would book with this company again.

There were a few small things that could have been better but I'm there to make memories with family, not be critical. Perhaps a new seal on the fridge would help it stay shut...but if that is all it takes to ruin a vacation I didn't deserve one yo begin with. Beautiful view. I would suggest a welcome package with maybe a coupon book from local diners or attractions so guests can see what's around. These are available at many places but to have it in the room would be fantastic. Thank you for for the great stay!
