Family vacation

The room is super clean and very nice. We loved just going to the room with no wait time to check in. Both my boys loved the splash pad and pool we will definitely be going back next year

Quick little trip.

We took a quick little trip with two small kids. Place was exactly as listed. Our oldest loved the pools and walking the beach!

Fantastic location!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pictures are totally accurate and the room was very comfortable. We will recommend to our friends and family. 😊

Beautiful Coastline View! Everything you need for a small family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It cannot be overstated just how much of the coastline you can see from this condo. It's not ocean front but is placed at a perfect angle to see an unobstructed view of the ocean. The room has a decent sized balcony, a stove, and a full sized fridge. The beds were comfortable and the amenities included at the resort were very nice.

Great for families

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. I gave cleanliness a 4 because although it was clean the toilet seat needs to be replaced and a coat of paint for the walls. You must wear your wrist bands to the pool as you will be asked to show them.The restaurant is open to all guests and is very good and only accepts credit cards. All of the resort is cashless.

Dirty unit, dirty building, super hard to find a parking spot. I dont think they have ever cleaned the floor in the unit. I found 3 big coackroches there.

Nice place

The unt was as described. Parking and the elevator can be a bit of challenge but its is a resort so.... no issues. Good food nearby as well as grocery and drug stores. Most are walkable. Pool is very crowded and can be a bit noisy until it closes at 10. Overall, 4 stars.

Perfect little get away

Upon arrival we found our room with ease. It was in immaculate condition. An excellent view of the ocean and pool which my children adored. All resort staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that caused Amy frustration was the parking situation. If you are not back at the resort before dark you will most definitely have to park in overflow parking across the street. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning for future residents. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

View of ocean off balcony was very relaxing. What we liked most was santa maria. Perfect restaurant and bar by the resort. They also had great food and a breakfast buffet. Will definitely be back.

I rented an oceanfront unit with a curved balcony, but I was put in an ocean view unit. Less money

Apparently all the units were smoke free, but I saw many people smoking at the pool. Also while sitting on the balcony, people above, below or next door were smoking so it was stinky

Great location !

Enjoyed the location of the property. With two kids under age age of 10 it was the best option for us - walking distance to the beach and pools. Have not used the gym , however, game room and gift shop always open, clean. Most if the time we cooked at our place because it was more convenient for us, but if you want something to order or going out , there is plenty restaurants just in 5 min drive. There was one place just in 5-10 walking across the street for pizza and other food. Since restaurant at the resort did not have pizza- we did not go there. There’s limited space for parking though, therefore if you come late from somewhere, they had optional parking across the street. In overall , kids were super happy and busy with pools and beach , therefore overall rating I put 5 starts , because that’s important for me.

Clean Room

The room was clean, the balcony door does not lock and there was about 3 inches of sand on balcony and if you didn’t wear shoes your feet were black from balcony, the property not so much. Overall an ok place, to stay for the price, cheaper than most but not great. I did have a issue checking in. Did not receive codes, was told they sent the code to my email which once given was not an email I have ever had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my experience was fantastic. There were a few small things that could have been better but I'm there to make memories with family, not be critical. Perhaps a new seal on the fridge would help it stay shut...but if that is all it takes to ruin a vacation I didn't deserve one yo begin with. Beautiful view. I would suggest a welcome package with maybe a coupon book from local diners or attractions so guests can see what's around. These are available at many places but to have it in the room would be fantastic. Thank you for for the great stay!
