One disappointment

We wanted to rent a place that had a pool. This one said it had a pool. However, when we got there the pool was closed and had been closed for awhile. The other condos around ours all had their pools open. I was told that Sea Pointe’s pool was closed because they didn’t want to do the extra cleaning that was needed to be open. That should have been stated on the listing! We will probably use a different rental company next time.

The reality company was horrible!!

The realty company was horrible, we had no hot water for 3 days when I called the first time they told me I need to go back to the room and start flipping breakers... Day 3 they finally got hot water on and then half the power wasn't working... police at the realty company told me I should just be grateful I had a place to put my head it was extremely rude. Dishwasher did not work, washer made extremely loud squealing, dryer beaked every 5 minutes... the location and condo were great and I would go back to the hotel but I will never ever go through Thomas rental again!!!!!!
