Family Vacay for 19

The house was great for what we needed. Definitely bring some towels or you will wash a lot of them. The things that were broke were repaired immediately.

Family Vacay for 19

Family vacay was a success! Ages 70 to 4 months. Tons of room and tons of fun. Short walk to beach. Bring more towels if you don’t won’t to wash. 8 bathrooms with just 2 towels in each one. Not luxurious but everything g we needed.

Don't Expect Much

The place is okay. It really needs drapes in several rooms to block out street lamps and the morning sun. The kitchen was okay but be certain to bring your own salt, pepper, spices and condiments. The garage allows for 4 vehicles only if the 4th blocks in the other three. May be necessary to bring some extra towels. We had 20 registered guests and only 10 towels sets were provided. We couldn't get customer service to arrange for additional towels.

Overall the villa was very nice. However it needs up dating. The toilet handles were broken, the hot water never heated up and the property management kept promising to contact me to fix it and never contacted me. Sonwas a little disappointed in the service.

Good for a Group of Bros

The house is north of the tourist area by a good 15-20 mins. However there is still plenty of attractions nearby for food and fun. We we doing a golf trip with 12 total ppl. The location was perfect for us. There is a beach 1/2 block away with easy access. and a few restaurants right off the beach. We loved how many different bedrooms and bathrooms were available.Cons: sheets/pillows are subpar; scratchy and flat.The hot water is non existent. IF youre okay with lukewarm showers at best then no problem. How to get into the property is not specified. You need to enter through a parking lot on 75th or an unmarked alley between 75th and 76th. The pool area could use a power wash.

Reunion

Great location and overall stay. Floors were dirty and sticky but bathrooms were clean and beds were fine. Lots of fruit flies in sinks but we weren't in the house much over the weekend so it didn't effect us a ton.

Not worth the cost

I can count the number of reviews I have left on one hand, but I felt it necessary to leave this one. We had so many issues with this stay. The cleanliness is severely lacking. The doors, cabinets, windows, carpet, etc. were all very dirty. The floors were sticky. There were empty beer cans when we walked in, which just shows that the place was not cleaned between guests. At one point one of the kids went to play at the pool table and just from walking over and back, the bottom of his feet were black. The place was hot! We did not call about it because we didn’t have time, but the air did not seem to work on the second and third floor. It was much cooler outside than inside and you could not sleep with it being so hot. It was miserable. There was no hot water, especially not enough for the size house. No one could get a hot shower all weekend. There were not enough towels for 20 people either. The parking was terrible and there are definitely not four spots. This caused significant conflict with the neighbors staying at the same location. Thankfully we did not have to spend a lot of time at the residence, but I am very disappointed in the amount we paid for a short weekend to stay in a place that in such disrepair. The pool was dirty as well.

Not very clean

Was very disappointed to arrive and see the state of this rental. Floors were dirty and sticky. Several dishes in cabinets were put back dirty, one cup with moldy cereal. Crockpot was dirty. Crumbs in the couch and tables. Rings on nightstand tables. Bugs in drawers. Several things didn’t work. Let me list them: Elevator, dishwasher, washing machine, remotes, several TVs, oven light. Called management and said they would send someone out, never came. Nice rental but very, very, very poorly kept.

Nice Area, Lots of Room, Needs TLC

The pictures are deceiving, very run down and in poor repair. Needs more kitchen supplies, the stove only works some of the time. Everything needs maintenance…toilets run all the time, toilets paper holders and towel holders not attached to the walls. Dryer blows in laundry room making it very humid and washer sounds like it maybe coming down the stairs. Also lots of stairs…2 sets to get to the lowest level. Stair hand rails loose or not existing. No hot tub like shown in the pics and very dirty around the pool area.

Memorial Day Weekend

I was soooo looking forward to this vacation. Upon arrival the property was not clean. The air on the 2nd and 3rd levels didn't work. only the bottom floor had AC. Once we called the contact number; we were told the unit was out of service. OOOHHH BOY! and they could give us a 4 bedroom as a counter offer. From 8 bd rooms to 4 bdrms.. NO WAY. Solution was to give a discount and we could stay. They sent new bedding and towels. Needless to say we made it work and we had a blast despite the NO AC and the unit not be serviced. FYI- there are plates and bowls and silverwear galore. Very VERY limited on cooking pots and matching tops. But I travel with my own soo we definitely travel with my own pots and pans. This will be a super rental if they get all the things fixed

Disappointed

My review would have been more positive if we weren’t dealing with an infestation of gnats or flying ants, the floors were cleaner, the dishwasher that had a sign that it been broken since Oct 29th(and still wasn’t fixed) and parking was adequate for a place that can have 21 guests.
