Surfwatch III 205 - Oceanfront Condominium in Surfside Beach

This welcoming ocean front second floor 2-bedroom 2-bath condo will be the place to go each year! A fun nautical theme throughout gives a beachy flavor to the condo, while any cook would enjoy the warm, inviting kitchen with sleek black appliances. The living room features a large 60" flat screen TV, and there are more in the bedrooms. Cozy ocean front balcony with comfortable chairs and table. There is a walk-in shower in the hall bath for your convenience, and the complex features an elevator, pool and grilling area. Make your reservation today for Surfwatch III 205!

Surfwatch III is located 3.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfwatch III to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 15) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. There is some covered parking with a clearance of 7'1”. Sorry, motorcycles, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Great Location, nice condo

This condo is beachfront. It is clean, well-maintained and has the basics as far as kitchen items. It's a little dated- but does that really matter when you have the ocean right out the door? Big plus for the complex is an elevator.

Very comfortable Condo

This condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Also very comfortable and appealing. It was nice that there was bedding all ready and made, but I didn't realize that this was automatic and that I was charged for this service. I brought my own and it was dissappointing that I was charged $103.00 + tax for the beach bundle that I did not order.

Dunes Realty is horrible!

Dunes made the check in process so inconvenient. We paid our balance in full and guaranteed an easy check in. Refused to leave our parking permits in the condo or email. Arrived at the crowded office 45 min before official check in; waited in line 20 min and told I would have to come back in 25 minutes and wait in line again. I had to call the office 4 times and wait 4 hours to get the linens We paid for in the linen package. We were notified the water would be off to our building less than 24 hours before the shut off. Other guests at the property were notified 3 days prior to shut off. In the future I will avoid any property managed by Dunes Realty. I will go with a less desirable property to avoid Dunes Realty.

This property is in an awesome location. The second floor balcony has a nice view and it’s only steps to the beach! The condo had everything we needed except for comfy towels and blankets. I would definitely rent this property again!

The beach was not crowded. Property was nicely landscaped and had beautiful flowers everywhere. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to make your own 5 star meal. Just bring your fav spices!
