Family birthday trip

This was my son’s 30th birthday trip. We came down for crab legs and a mini getaway. The townhouse was wonderful. The response from the property manager was great and timely. We will rebook soon. Thanks again

Horrible

Check in was quick. However, entering the property there was signs that there was either remodeling in or change going on. Patients tape everywhere, the stove glass was broken and fell off the stove and cut the top of my foot. No hot water, electricity went out during our stay. When we contacted the management company they were unaware that the owner sold the property during our stay. The new owner came into the property and brought some furniture and line . We still had two more days at the property. Very inappropriate to bring in furniture during our stay. Electrical outlets with no covers and live wires hanging out. I have contact the management company with no feedback from a supervisor. I was told that someone would get back to me and no one has communicated since I was told this information.

Didn't live up to expectations

Was told it was facing the ocean just steps might as well been a mile too many things broken or missing light fixture going up the steps receptacles with no covers the tv remotes were mixed up the ones downstairs worked the upstairs and the upstairs worked the downstairs the pool was a real disappointment as well too cold and contractor working there for 2 days didn't get to use it

4/2024where do i begin

Thought I was renting a house- its a townhouse- the address doesnt even go with the townhouse Communication started off strong and after check-in came to a complete hault. Needed a parking pass, room should have had one but didnt. So in the rules it tells you how to solve that problem. So we wrote on a paper what it states yet still Recieved a warning on our vehicle for towing and a fine for not having one . We have never stayed in myrtle beach before so we didnt know much about the area, will not stay in that area again. People fighting outside screaming at each other all night. No class in this area. I repeat .... none! Shower door was broke and wouldnt even close or open so husband tried to fix that, but the whole door is wrong. Night before departure noticed water on the floor, toilet started leaking and it looks like it has been doing that for quite some time. I understand not everyone has the same Sandards for clean but come on.. Carpet is so dirty with pet urine stains I was afraid to take my shoes off. The walls are beyond filthy. One of the beds (although comfy is half broke) you wait for the head board to hit you at any moment . It was just a lot to say the least. We as a whole are pretty disappointed. It is close to the beach, it is roomy and the door locks.

Love the location

This place had plenty of room. No bedroom on first floor so it was difficult for my elderly mother to climb the stairs. You could really tell that it was a pet friendly rental by the smell which is common.Recommend no carpet in pet friendly rentals. We did like the short walk to the beach and restaurants .

would not recommend coming to this unit

This unit was filthy and not maintained well. Being listed as a pet friendly complex where the unit is located, there were numerous signs warning dogs to stay off the grass! Very few areas to walk the pooch.

Myrtle Beach Stay

We enjoyed out stay in Myrtle Beach. The Condo is in a good location. It was clean; however, the Spectrum TV service did not work on the third floor. We could not see the Ocean from the unit., however we had a short walk to the beach. We had a couple of downpours and the parking lot flooded, approximately 8-9 inches of water.

Suggestion!

Overall the stay was great, location awesome and conveniently located to everything. I would suggest the owner purchase a better mattress for the bed located on the 3rd floor. The glass sliding door need a stop bar for the balcony located also on the 3rd floor. Another suggestion is since it’s only 10 townhomes the parking spaces should be numbered for we had to park at a meter one night for we had no parking space on either side of the parking lot.

Great Location

Great location

It was a nice place and great location. Close to starbucks and/or Dunkin for coffee. Close to the beach as well as shopping and the boardwalk were a few minutes drive away.

Relaxing stay

The property was easy to locate and very clean. Starbucks is only a short 5min walk which we really enjoyed. We were very happy with our stay and plan on staying again next time we are in the area.

Myrtle Beach 2021

Property was nice. Could have provided a few more basic items in the kitchen like a measuring cup or spoons. Master bedroom door didn't such properly and keep popping open.
