Great location! Room was clean and exactly what we needed. The 2 restaurants on property were fantastic, and we loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Some of the common area facilities (ping pong, foos ball, board games etc) were missing pieces and could use some updates. And there were a few EV charging stations that were not working. But overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time at The Ellie.

The kids had so much fun. The waterslides were great. The whole place was clean. However, the taxes and fees were out of control. I thought I was paying 240 a night and wound up paying 320 a night just a little deceptive in that way.

Carrie checked us in and went out of her way to keep our group of 15 on the same floor. She even followed up with us twice during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach was just a one-minute walk away, right next to the pier, which offered a perfect view of the fireworks. The rooms were clean, and we had daily housekeeping. The kids loved every moment of the trip. The gym was a bit small, but everything else made up for it.
