The location is perfect and less than 2 miles from the area’s top attractions. Featuring a Spacious Layout of a Full Kitchen, 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom, and Living Room/Dining area that comfortably sleeps 8! This unit features 2 Private Balconies- One is off the Living-room with a Beautiful Direct Oceanview, and the other is off the Master with a StreetSide /Sunset view. Both have chairs and tables so you can Relax listening to the ocean waves and taking in the beautiful views! The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, sink with granite countertops and a Keurig! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Complementary coffee, creamer and sugar are provided during your stay as well as starter paper products and toiletries. The spacious bedroom has a comfy king size bed and flat screen TV overlooking the ocean views. There is also a Double sized sleeper sofa in the Master. The Bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity sink. The living room has a Queen size Murphy bed and Double sofa bed. 

Our guests have full access to the entire unit and any amenities of the resort. Some of the amenities are seasonal and or limited beyond our control. 

The Patricia Grand boasts all the Water Amenities featuring a Heated outdoor Oceanfront pool, Heated Indoor pool, Lazy River, Hot tubs and kiddie pool. The on-site dining features breakfast buffets and evening dining at the Oceanfront Indigo Coastal Kitchen. Enjoy a cocktail at Stranded Jack’s Beached Bar or a quick snack and Starbucks Coffee from Ground Floor Café. A fitness room, business center, convenience store and souvenir shop are also available on-site. Free parking is located across the street from the resort in the covered parking garage.

There is a free parking garage located across the street from the resort for all guests. The resort is located directly on the oceanfront and Ocean Boulevard very convenient for walking to the Sky Wheel, dining attractions and so much more. Uber, Lyft and local taxis are plentiful. The Coast public bus transport is available too. 

The Pet Fee is $20 per pet per night and Extended stays over 7 days are a flat fee of $150 per pet. This is a separate fee and not included in your reservation total when booking. Instead, it is charged separately before check-in. Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted by the Resort.
