"A G-R-E-A-T Summer Vacation!"

My wife and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Beach Colony 403. It was our first time staying here and we HOPE there will be MANY more. The condo was SPOTLESS, the view was BEAUTIFUL from our oceanfront balcony, the beds were very COMFORTABLE, the bathroom was very CLEAN...I could go on and on with the many SUPERLATIVES but you "get the picture"! This has not been a "paid" advertisement,just an HONEST review from two very SATISFIED renters. So, do yourselves a favor: if you're looking for a NICE condo that is VERY much worth the GREAT price, go ahead and book "403" today...you will be GLAD you did. Thank you. We attempted to work with the rental company about the awful smell of weed in our room that was so strong that it gave our children and us severe headaches just the first day. We attempted to contact management several times for a refund for possibly a different unit for our stay. They were unable and unwilling to relocate us, or give us our money back. We spent two days of our vacation trying to handle this situation, and I’ve had no help nor answers. Definitely do not recommend with a family!
