「The photos did not match reality. The pool and several areas were under renovation, with visible construction work. However, the staff was very efficient and very attentive throughout our stay.」

「This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. 」

But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. 「Weird noise vibrating the entire room and probably the building, did not let me sleep well. It was one of the 2nd worst hotel stay considering I travel worldwide and spend about 30-60 days in all kinds of hotels in all parts of the world. Managent tried to change my room but that did not help much. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Also, the entire building was smelling weird spice smell. 」

「Value for money. Good location - 5min away from SGS Ashram. Adjacent to ATM. Opposite to a fruit shop. 2min away from Benne Dosa restaurant which serves great tiffins. Friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms.」

「It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...
