「Super simple check in procedure, excellent and a really well presented room, great location given why we were in the area. The facility of rooms with a shared kitchen would work really well, although we didn’t need to use the shared kitchen.」

「The host welcomed us with a quick tour around the house as soon as we arrived. It was a comfortable stay and we were made to feel like we were back home in our own house. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area and hope to use this property myself again in the future. 「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. 」

「We stayed for 3 weeks and found the location to be ideal for Henley and also close enough to get to Reading. The annex area was roomy with a well stocked cupboard of crockery and cutlery. Great shower in the bathroom and would be very cosy in the winter with plenty of radiators and a log burning stove. The decor is as per the photos and the parking is easy. Really pleasant stay and would recommend to others」
