We were aware of the distance for shopping and restaurants but the 12 minute drive to the main road was worth every minute once arriving to the home. "We facilitated a week long yoga retreat for 17 people here. Alexandros and his staff were all so accommodating and attentive. They organized airport transfers, excursions, a private chef, and made everyone feel so welcomed, cared for and comfortable. The venue was ideal: lots of community spaces for people to connect, daily yoga classes either by the pool, on the upstairs patio or in the living room. The views were spectacular with gorgeous sunsets every night as we ate dinner on the upstairs...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa, it had something for all ages. We enjoyed walking to the local beach and bathing/playing in the crystal clear waters. The teenagers enjoyed snorkelling at the sunken city nearby and playing basketball/football near Epidavros harbour in the evenings. The highlight for me was a performance of The Trojan Women by Euripides at the big Epidavros theatre about 30 minutes drive away - a real treat, it even had projected subtitles! "We are a group of 6 that stayed at the property for a week and everyone had a terrific experience. We found the property and the views even nicer than what we saw on the ad. There are many beautiful beaches to discover in the area, as well as the possibility to do day trips to Hydra and Spetses. We also very much enjoyed just relaxing at the property - in the pool, on one of the balconies with terrific views, or cooking food. The owner is very welcoming and helpful with our questions....

"We rented the full house (which is divided in two separate floors, each with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms) for the month of September. Checkin was smooth, with the owners present in person. Even at full occupancy (12 adults) the house was cosy and comfortable. During the first week of our stay, Greece was hit by unusually bad weather, with non-stop thunderstorms and heavy rain for more than 24 hours. It was rather epic. "This is a great villa with spectacular and compelling views. Lots of space with multiple bathrooms and a lovely pool which we used extensively. We enjoyed the local food and there are plenty of very reasonable restaurants and bars. We appreciated Stewart's help throughout the week of our holiday - especially when we arrived as we were very late! The welcome package of essential food and drink was also a lovely touch."
