“While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. Located a mere 4 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute from the beach this was the low key break we needed. The stay was clean with great amenities. “很滿意的一間酒店，基本上沒有什麼地方可以挑剔。酒店新穎一踏入大堂門，格局新穎，內裏沒有任何職員，所以需要自行在網上scan Passport及後再到酒店進行進一步的網上check-in，成功後，會收到房間號碼和QR code的門匙。記緊需要自行拍照，因為沒有房咭會提供。如在check-in的程序上遇到問題可以立即對着iPad進行真人FaceTime詢問解決。房間很大，我們四人住的是有兩張雙人床的類別，廁所是乾濕分離，有兩個洗手盆，亦有溫泉浸浴及小型桑拿提供。電視機很大，亦由Netflix YouTube 可供選擇。房間內有微波爐，廚具，洗碗碟，咖啡機提供，雪櫃是蠢層冰格夠冷，有飯廳和露台。”

“這間旅社廷棒的，總共有兩間房間，一間三人房，一間七人房，屋內有小廚房和廚具，浴廁也有暖氣，剛奇特的是房間內就有投幣式洗烘衣機，只是一開始一直收到信息要我傳護照照片給飯店，一時間疑惑，所以沒傳，誰知道晚上六點到住宿點發現完全沒有員工，這時只好想各種聯繫方式，最後想說還是傳護照過去，不然晚上就要重新找飯店，誰知道一傳，沒兩分鐘，就寄信通知我房間密碼和各種注意事項，第一次的經驗，雖然有點驚嚇，但也挺特別的，這間真的推薦。”

“The homeowner very courteously met us at the train station and escorted us to the house. The house itself is a wonderful, nicely appointed traditional Japanese home, and quite spacious with a great kitchen and modern bathroom. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Ito is only one stop away on the train, with many more restaurants, and Atami is fairly close as well. Very clean. Highly recommended. ”

"We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the property. The staff were attentive, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. It's an excellent half-board choice for anyone looking to unwind in Hakone. Highly recommended!"

"I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. We also used the gym room, there were a treadmill and an elliptical. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast's good."

"晚餐和早餐都好吃，唯獨時間稍趕一些。泡湯沒有戶外露天，私人湯屋只有2間，洗衣機只有一台。房間很大，三人房是2人房再給一套床墊和棉被，棉被很舒服。建築物有分東、西棟，搞懂以後其實也可以穿梭自如。飯店好幾處都有提供飲料和零食，有放鬆的氛圍。"
