"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"スタッフのみなさんの対応がとても気持ちいいもので、『また来た い』と思わせるものでした。
子供への接し方も素晴らしく、心から楽しんでいる姿が親としてもうれしかったです。
布団も子供用のものも部屋にあり、こういう心遣いもありがたい限り。料理も美味しく、とても満足。
ぜひまた訪れたいと思います。"

"音楽堂や、八ヶ岳高原ヒュッテなど由緒ある美しい建築物を丁寧に維持管理していて素晴らしいです。サービスも行き届き皆温かい笑顔で対応していただき、良い新年を迎えることが出来ました。6歳と4歳の孫も普通のディナーでしたがほぼ完食でした。40年前にヒュッテに立ち寄り2度目でしたが変わっておらず感激でした。次回はコンサートに合わせて宿泊したいです。"
