「The check-in iPad was not connected to the internet, so did not allow us to check in. Without having the ability to make international phone calls we would have been unable to check in successfully. Be aware of this if you plan to book.
There was also no cold water able to come out of the bathroom taps. Hot water was fine.
Bed was pretty hard, otherwise they were fine. 」

Convenience location, very nearby the main JR station even the local transportation. Exceptionally clean. Staff there can speak very good English, I would like to specially thanks Aya and Taigen, both of them are just super helpful and nice during my 3 night of stay, they also gave very honestly recommendation and information of places to visit around the city. They made me feels great for my first visit in Nagasaki definitely. Lastly, I would like to share that their breakfast is really great...
