初めていわゆる民泊施設に宿泊させていただきました。玄関から2階の客室までとてもきれいでした。2階に共用の洗面台、トイレがありますが、外に各部屋に一つずつ専用のユニットバスもありました。今回は、風呂はニューハートぴあ温泉やナガシマスパーランドの温泉に行ったので使いませんでしたが、朝の髭剃りの時は音を気にしなくて良いので使わせていただきました。宿の方もとても感じがよくてよかったです。

家族５人で利用させて頂きました

家族５人で利用させて頂きました。 ナガシマスパーランドにも徒歩で5-10分と立地も良く(実際すぐ傍にナガシマスパーランドの駐車場もあります)、宿泊施設もとても清潔で、素泊まりでしたがとても快適でした。ベットもたいへん居心地が良く、よく眠れました。状況にもよるかとは思いますが、事前に電話で確認した上で、チェックイン前の当日、また、チェックアウト後の当日、車を駐車場に停めさせて頂きまして大変助かりました。宿泊施設の担当者の方もとても親切で快適に過ごさせて頂きました。今回ナガシマスパーランドに初めて遊びに行き、利用させて頂きましたが、次回も遊びに行く際は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

とても綺麗で驚きました

とても綺麗で驚きました。お部屋、トイレやキッチンなども清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。ベッドは寝心地良すぎて朝までぐっすりでした。チェックインの遅れが発生しても快諾下さり、現地まで送迎までして下さり、感謝しています。情報もたくさん下さり、花火のみれるシーズンにもまた泊まりたいと家族で話しています。

各部屋1つのユニットバスは外にあるが、とても綺麗で使い勝手が良かった。 家主さんがとても人当たりのいい人で親切だったので全体的に安心感があった。おそらく1番広い4人部屋に5人で泊まったが狭さは感じず、過ごしやすかった。ただ、追加で出したエアマットのベッドは倒れやすく寝ずらいかも。

5人で利用しました。他の方のレビューにも書かれていますが、オーナーの方が本当に親切で丁寧な対応をして頂きました。 部屋もキレイで設備もよく、快適に過ごせます。お風呂が敷地内の離れにあるため、一度外に出る必要があります。12月なので寒かったですが、各部屋専用のユニットバスでこちらもとてもキレイでした。 宿泊者が他に2組あったようですが、部屋で過ごしていても静かで音は気になりませんでした。 またナガシマスパーランドに行く時はぜひ利用したいと思います。

とても良い方がオーナー様で色々と教えて下さったり手配して下さったり有り難かったです。 お部屋は綺麗でナガシマスパーランドが近くてナガシマスパーランドに行く方にはもってこいです。 部屋にお風呂、おトイレが無く２階に共同トイレ１つ、玄関を出て横に部屋ごとのユニットバスがありましたが贅沢を言うと部屋にユニットバスがついていて欲しかったかなー。 車で行けば少し離れますがコンビニや薬局、お食事の出来るお店があります。 オーナー様が良い人だったことで満足です。

今回、小さな子供連れで利用しましたが、ナガシマスパーランドまでも、徒歩でいけるほど近く良かったです。大きな一軒家の二階部分に5部屋あり、満室で他のお部屋にも子供連れのご家族が何組かおられましたが、声なども気にならずホテルよりも静かに感じました。ちょうど花火もあり、部屋からもガレージからも大きく見れて感激しました。お風呂も外ですが部屋ごとに専用であり、新しく清潔できれいでした。色々と親切にしていただいて、期待以上です！また、これから毎回お願いしたいです！！

初めて泊まりましたが、綺麗なお家で、ゆっくり休むことが出来ました

初めて泊まりましたが、綺麗なお家で、ゆっくり休むことが出来ました。 1日プールで遊び、次の日も朝早かったのですが、良いベットマットレスのお陰で、疲れを感じないまま、次の日も楽しく遊ぶことが出来ました。 このお部屋を選んだ理由は、ナガシマスパーランドに近いことが1番の理由で選びました。 お部屋はとても広く、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ただ、近くにコンビニやお店がないため、車がないと厳しい場所ですが、食事にこだわらず遊んで寝るだけなら、十分なお部屋です。 自分が泊まった時は、小さい子を連れた家族が泊まっており、少し声が気になりましたが、近くのなばなの里や温泉に入り、ゆっくりして部屋に帰る頃には皆さん寝ていたので、声に関しては気になりませんでした。 ただ、夕方からずっとお部屋にいる方は少し気になるかもしれません。 ナガシマスパーランドに行く方やゆっくり泊まって寝るだけの方におすすめの部屋です。 無料の温泉券も頂き、とても良い一日を過ごす事が出来ました。 また行く機会があれば、是非利用させて頂きたいです。
