Great service!!
Kind of too small for 4 but everything else is great. Great value, clean, even comes with simple breakfast. Rather near to the train station but they have shuttle bus which is useful for families like us with big luggages.

Quite spacious and very clean. There is a rain-shower head available which is a great bonus point. 15mins walking distance to Nagoya City Science Museum. Definitely will be back here if we visit Nagoya again.

I am a disabled person, but the front desk staff does not allow parking. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and had to go far to park every night. Totally unacceptable. I have never tried such a treat in Japan. Only this hotel made me feel bad.

Perfect, it’s my second time staying in this chain-hotel in different cities. Love it as it’s clean and it has a shuttle bus! Very convenient. Though I wish I had non-smoking room next time! Well, cause I booked the cheap one.

Pleasant stay with great value
Clean room with free buffet breakfast, at affordable price. Free shuttle service to the Nagoya train station was a nice benefit, although it’s on first-come, first serve basis. Rainfall shower head in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus. My room was right next to the elevators, but the sound-proofing must have been good as I didn’t hear any noise.

I used this place as a part of deal for ANA flight from Haneda to Nagoya Chubu. It's in a convenient location and provides a wonderful free shuttle service to Nagoya JR station. It's some distance away from Nagoya station, but overall service is very good to compensate for distance.

Check in time everywhere is 3 pm. NOT HERE. In this property check in time is 4 PM. So I got there at 3:30 and they offered their MEMBERSHIP card, with I in a good manner, declined. The lady basically said: “your room is ready, but we won’t give it to you because you didn’t buy the membership” so she pointed to a hallway to wait for my room key. This is terrible customer service, in my opinion. At 4 pm they gave me my room key (that was ready before). I go up to my room and there are so many open doors with trash bins outside the rooms. A stray sock near the elevator. The rooms are ok and the shower curtain is placed diagonally which is nice and makes the tub feel bigger. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this hotel as I didn’t like their gimmicks. Also, check-out time is 10:00! So they check you in later than most places and check you out earlier than most places. No thanks. The staff members don’t speak English so it’s not very tourist-friendly.

All were ok, however, what is really striking is the distance of the hotel from Nagoya station. And not just that, it's distance to even a convenience store (which is 6mins on foot).

Nice hotel for a short stay
I stayed in this hotel for a concert at Nagoya Dome. The hotel was located pretty conveniently although it was a little walk to the nearest station. When we checked in we were allowed to go immediately to our room, however when we checked out we could not store our bags like most other hotels. This meant we had to cancel our plans for that day and leave early because we could not bring our suitcases around Nagoya. It was a shame because the rest of the hotel was very nice.

2 bus loads of Chinese tourists arrived and crowded the lobby. Breakfast in the morning was crowded as well. There was a Chinese guy who took several croissants on his plate. Seeing a young female Chinese tourist took a plateful of food and waste some in the trash was irritating. Too far from Nagano station. Wont stay here again.

宿泊しやすいホテルだな、と思いました。喫煙室を選びましたが紙タバコのお客様用かな？かなり臭いました。覚悟の上でしたが電子タバコが利用できるお部屋があってもいいかな、と思いました。朝食を取る場所が狭くどうしようかと思いましたがお部屋に持って行けるように別のパックがあっりと、細やかな気配りに感謝です。

とてもきれいなホテルでした。寝るだけだったので、部屋は狭くても安いホテルを探していました。シングル二台をくっつけて親子三人で広々眠れました。そして、喫煙可のお部屋でしたが、そこまで臭くはなく、ずっといると気にならない程度でした。ありがとうございました。
