「Overall, the apartment was as shown in the photos. Location was great, close to the beach and good restaurant options within walking distance. We did leave a day early due to severe storms. We notified the host that we left early. However, they never responded to our text. Other than the lack of response, our stay was pleasant.」

「I think the place is more geared towards fishermen. It was very basic which was fine as we only stayed one night. The room has an odor when we arrived which was corrected once we started the a/c and ran it. It seemed to smell of stale air. We got seafood to bring back to the room and sat out on the dock and watched the sunset - it was beautiful. For the price, this was a good choice.」

「Great location. Easy access to Nags Head & Manteo. Good choice to stay if you are looking for a more affordable location that offers a little more than the basics. It is an older building, so have reasonable expectations. Room size is LARGE! Ideal if you have multiple guests &/or pets. Overall the most cost effective location I’ve found for this area.」
