The Paisley Marlin: PierView Oceanfront Condo, Cozy Amenities and Incredible Vie

Summary:
Vacation simplified in a true beachfront treasure. 

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is centrally located in Nags Head. Its ideal location is close to many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, as well as fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more.

Enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed ocean views from your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. The unit also offers a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, two 41`+ flat-screen TVs, one 37` flat-screen tv, cable, and WiFi. On the property, you will have access to two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills, a children’s play area, and direct beach access.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen-size bed. Linens are provided by an independent service (Bath towels, washcloths and bed linens). Beds will be made when you arrive!

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, It is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control. This unit is located on a third-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Sorry - no pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as dedicated to your experience as we are.

The location is also great (easy to get around the OBX), with many good restaurants close by. The owners are very attentive and respond to messages quickly. Great, semi-secluded area of Nags Head that’s relatively quiet but still in easy travel distance of most of the places in the OBX we enjoy. I loved this condo! The furnishings were tasteful, and the entire home was very clean. The balcony was wonderful, you could not see or hear any neighbors, making it feel like you were not in a condo complex. Nice beach just steps away. Would definitely return!

This is a lovely condo, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location can't be beat. This is my fourth stay in this building. I love this location - close to everything you may need: restaurants, stores, attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable.Very appreciated is the balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Amy is a wonderful host! You cannot get any closer to the beach than this condo. Great views, close to all the attractions/shopping. Nicely stocked kitchen.. even a roasting pan (that we needed!) Host was super responsive and communicated quickly even providing the best spots to visit. Perfect for someone new to the OBX!

Home away from home!

We had a relaxing stay at your beautiful place. Kitchen was well equipped, place was clean, bed and couch comfy. Highly recommend and hope to stay again! Kitchen could use a sharp knife for cutting. Master bathroom could use a couple extra hooks to hang items.

Great beach front condo!

This was perfect! It’s centrally located so we were able to tour the entire Outer Banks. The beach is right outside the back door. And we spent a lot of time watching pelicans and dolphins from the balcony!

A week at the Paisley Marlin

Property was nice, and was clean... but needed some repairs. Being senior adults, we had some difficulty maneuvering the sand hill to access the beach. All in all, with a few items addressed, we would definitely stay there again. The elevator was a super plus!

Nags Head & Wright Bros.

Our main goal was to fly in the 1902 replica Wright Bros. glider at Jockey Ridge State Park, by the Wright Bros. national memorial. Unfortunately wind conditions were not favorable and we knew that could be the case. The unit we stayed in was marvelous and location great. Enjoyed our 5 days in Nags Head and surrounding areas.
