The Paisley Marlin: PierView Oceanfront Condo, Cozy Amenities and Incredible Vie

Summary:
Vacation simplified in a true beachfront treasure. 

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is centrally located in Nags Head. Its ideal location is close to many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, as well as fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more.


The Paisley Marlin is a 2nd floor unit (technically third, as there is pull-under parking.) There is a well-maintained people elevator in the building.

Enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed ocean views from your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. The unit also offers a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, two 41`+ flat-screen TVs, one 37` flat-screen tv, cable, and WiFi. On the property, you will have access to two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills, a children’s play area, and direct beach access.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen-size bed. Linens are provided by an independent service (Bath towels, washcloths and bed linens). Beds will be made when you arrive!

Sorry - no pets or smoking in unit.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as dedicated to your experience as we are.

Great central location for Corolla and Hatteras excursions. Wonderful sunrises. Close to restaurants. Only negative was slow and often seemingly non-operational elevator.

Beautiful view and perfect location

I loved this condo! The furnishings were tasteful, and the entire home was very clean. The balcony was wonderful, you could not see or hear any neighbors, making it feel like you were not in a condo complex. Nice beach just steps away. Would definitely return!

Great beach front condo!

This was perfect! It’s centrally located so we were able to tour the entire Outer Banks. The beach is right outside the back door. And we spent a lot of time watching pelicans and dolphins from the balcony!

Nice condo with great views

You cannot get any closer to the beach than this condo. Great views, close to all the attractions/shopping. Nicely stocked kitchen.. even a roasting pan (that we needed!) Host was super responsive and communicated quickly even providing the best spots to visit. Perfect for someone new to the OBX!

We had a relaxing stay at your beautiful place. Kitchen was well equipped, place was clean, bed and couch comfy. Highly recommend and hope to stay again! Kitchen could use a sharp knife for cutting. Master bathroom could use a couple extra hooks to hang items.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay very much at The Paisley Marlin. It was comfortable and welcoming. Everyone slept well and we particularly enjoyed the large sectional for a movie night and the large table for board games! Last but not least, the incredible view from the balcony! Would definitely recommend!!

This is a lovely condo, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location can't be beat. This is my fourth stay in this building. I love this location - close to everything you may need: restaurants, stores, attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable.Very appreciated is the balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Amy is a wonderful host! Very quick to communicateand helpful with suggestions about the area and places to dine. I will definitely stay here again!restaurants

Nags Head & Wright Bros.

Our main goal was to fly in the 1902 replica Wright Bros. glider at Jockey Ridge State Park, by the Wright Bros. national memorial. Unfortunately wind conditions were not favorable and we knew that could be the case. The unit we stayed in was marvelous and location great. Enjoyed our 5 days in Nags Head and surrounding areas.

A week at the Paisley Marlin

Property was nice, and was clean... but needed some repairs. Being senior adults, we had some difficulty maneuvering the sand hill to access the beach. All in all, with a few items addressed, we would definitely stay there again. The elevator was a super plus!

Great View

I have stayed in other Pier View units and I will say this one did not disappoint me. The unit is tastefullly decorated and near two piers, which I use to gauge a two mile walk. The wind was blowing hard for most of the week and it rained, but just being at the beach watching the ocean brings me peace! I am a South Nags Head person and I would return to this unit again.

Overall a nice place

Unit was clean. Could use some new skillets - couldn't find a decent one to make a grilled cheese sandwich. Used the oven and it smelled heavily of cleaner - set the smoke detector off so I didn't use it anymore after that. Mattress in master bedroom and the twin are both way too soft for my preference and back (but hubby liked the soft mattress in master bedroom) but the full size one was firmer. Has a nice, deep tub in the second bath and a nice walk in shower in the master bath. Unit managers live in complex and were very responsive (needed a light bulb replaced in bathroom). It was nice being able to pull up to the elevator and having a wagon and a cart there to unload your stuff. Easy, quick walk to beach. Overall it was a nice place and we would stay there again.
