"The property was clean, well stocked and close to shopping and restaurants within two to three blocks. Public transportation is close and plenty to see and do. I enjoyed my stay was quiet and comfortable. A bonus was washer and dryer."

"Here is easy check-in and check-out. Kokusai-dori is 10min from here."

"Great location, right next to Kokusaidori. The big room I stayed in (top floor) was really comfortable and had a good amount of space. The only downside of the location is parking; there is no onsite parking, only paid lots, and they can get quite expensive (especially the one in front of the hotel). "

"One of the best accommodation we stayed at as a family. It has everything we need :)) The place is well kept, digital check in and check out was easy. Of the 4 nights, we only managed to park at the apartment for 1 night but there are many public carpark nearby min Y700 for 12 hours. There was one day we ran out of water, not sure what happened but owner quickly rectified it within a few minutes. Highly recommended Condo Felicita! We will stay again! "

"Self check in instruction was clear. Everything is ready in the room. "

"古い建物だけどキレイにしようと努力がみられた。水道がぬるく魚をさばくのに不向きだと感じた。食器の保存場所が流しの下なので、ちょっと気になった。食器棚等にした方が気持ちがいい。"

"Very noisy at night! Very poor sound proof. You can hear next door talking very clearly at night. The noise did not stop until 2:30 AM. Plus, the bed is too soft. We cut short our stay and had to book another hotel even though we already paid in full. Complete waste of money."

"大人2人、幼児3人の家族5人で宿泊しました。部屋も綺麗でバストイレが別な上にユニットバスだったので広く、ストレスなくお風呂に入る事ができました。お水は3人分置いてくれてました。アメニティはフロント横で必要分持って行く様に案内がありました。とりあえず歯ブラシセットとアメニティのみ持って部屋へ行きましたが朝ごはんの時にコーヒーを飲もうとして部屋にない事に気づき2階のフロントまで取りに行かないといけなかったのが少し面倒だなと思いました。自分で準備するホテルが初めてだったので次回からは何が置いてあるか全てチェックしようと思いました。"
