A very nice hotel! We loved our stay and will stay here again. Next door you have the pottery street and tunnel to Kokosai Dori. Very nice pool and gym! Breakfast was also very good. Very helpful and kind staff at the reception. Nice view and service at the top floor bar.

Location: Convenient close to main shopping street, Staff: very vell trained, polite Restaurant options: visited Sakurazaka- lunch, the bar, the lounge, and Milano grill. Overall not bad at all. Especially, wine recommendation from Milano Grill's sommelier was impressive. It was my 3rd visit of Naha, and my 1st visit of Hyatt naha. Hope to make my 2nd visit here, definitely.

Location good, service OK, breakfast so so.

The room was not warm enough especially for old guests who prefer warmer room temperature. I had to borrow a small electric heater. The breakfast was so so. Acess to Kokusaidori was easy and many small restaurants were around the hotel.

施設綺麗です。プール小さいですがタオルレンタルしてくれて比較的浅いので小さい子供には安心だし充分楽しめます。ジャグジーもありました。 ホテルの朝食もいいですが朝7時くらいからスパムおにぎりの店も近いし食べるところ困りません。駐車場は車入れられてらチェックアウト日までは預かってもらえるし、夜中の出し入れもホテルのスタッフの方がサポートしてくれました。 ロビーは少し狭いですが綺麗でした。スタッフの方の対応皆さんとても心地良いです。
