"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"The hotel is charming - like a Wes Anderson hotel set in India. Everything is mint and pink - in a great way. The rooms were beautiful, and the building in the whole shines. The branded tuk tuk that picks one up was great. And the staff were amazing - ready to bend over background - they made me an overnight train dinner bag, packaged all beautifully. They organized drivers for me. They definitely believe the “guest is the god”. Such an amazing experience. "
