「* Great location, the hotel is right next to the Hamamatsu JR station. * The staff are friendly and helpful. Response on the email was really fast also. * Great breakfast. It was really delicious. * There is a convenience store right down stair so don't have to worry about buying drinks and snack. * I didn't specific the room type so they gave me a smoking room and the room does smell like cigarette. It bothered me a bit so I turned on the air purifier and the window and it was much better.」

「每20分鐘有一班前往濱松的專車。定員4位，滿座要等下一班。酒店職員很有禮貌。雖然我選錯了吸煙房間，也跟我說會盡量安排。(雖然最後無法入住非吸煙房間)」
