"The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. Thank you once again We will return"

Grosser Hundepool beim Restaurant. Spezielle Mahlzeiten für Hunde. Auf Wunsch werden die Hunde gebadet und gepflegt. Ein toller Aufenthalt - leider nur eine Nacht. "

"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"First, the hotel was dishonest. The hotel put an information in Expedia application that the hotel is near Srinakarinwirot University only 12.5 kilos which is not!!!!!!!! Second, first room that I've got was dusty, the toilet was unclean and there're small cockroaches running around at night!! The air-conditioner was loud and making noise so I called the reception she told me to stand for it until tomorrow morning because there's nothing she can do. The second day I moved to another room,...

"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"
