Red Roof Inn Namba hotels

Stayed here two times in two months, excellent location, staff all helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

A stylish, modern boutique hotel in the heart of Shinsaibashi — just a 3-minute walk from the subway and steps from endless shopping, restaurants, and Dotonbori (10-min stroll). Rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortably sized for Japan, with excellent beds, powerful showers, and thoughtful touches like high-quality amenitie

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff truly made a difference with their kindness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor. Every interaction left me feeling valued and taken care of—it's rare to see such exceptional service. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. On the third day, our fridge stopped working, but the team quickly stepped in to provide us with a new one. They even offered to replace the milk that had been frozen in the malfunctioning fridge. Staff are nice and helpful, room is neat and clean

Everything was great

Spacious rooms with 2 double beds. New hotel and super clean. Like the color and design of the rooms. Definitely will book again.

The room was huge and comfortable. There are small areas i noticed (as a cleanliness freak lol), that are not cleaned properly, but people seldom notice those areas. I really liked the environment and atmosphere. The staff was helpful and nice. I enjoyed my stay here. The price is on the higher side, but I believe it was worth it.

It is a very convenient location and the hotel rooms are big.

Very convenient shuttle to the Kansai International Airport.

The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

clean and nice hospitality

The room was very neat and well maintained. It took a while to figure out how to use the AC though.

Very nice room, spacious and clean. The facilities are user friendly.

Excellent services
