"Our first room was awful and depressing with nowhere to put our clothes and luggage. But they moved us to a new room(for a fee which was justified) and it was wonderful. We even had two bathrooms! The area is so fun too! Would go back again. "

"I love this hotel and stay here a lot. My only complaint is the elevators are usually too busy. I really wish they would let us use the stairway instead of having to always wait for elevators."
