"We had a wonderful stay in Osaka. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend booking the lounge and breakfast package. The lounge access was a great perk, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection of quality food each morning. It added a lot of value to our stay and was definitely worth the extra cost. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Osaka."

"Great location and professional staff. It's nice to have close access to trains, subways and taxis. The staff assisted in locating a close by department store that carries a big selection of hanging scrolls. Great access to numerous shopping options. Staff speaks English very well. Great hotel to stay at while visiting Osaka and connecting to other cities like Kyoto, etc."

"The only thing I think I can say is that this room lacks chest of drawers and the rush to use the washing machines. Everything about this place was good and the price wasn't too bad either (compared to western hotels). The location was a bit unusual to get used to if you're not used to big city life like me but you soon realise how well connected it is with easy access to the rail and shops (way too many shops and restaurants to count- Japan is crazy!)"
