"Room was nice and clean with nice amenities. It was more spacious than our hotel in tokyo. Staff was nice and accomadating. However when we asked for water due to not having room serviced for cleaning, felt like the front desk guy was a little apprehensive and reluctant. He didnt seem as warm and accomdating as the rest of the staff. In tokyo the hotel left bottled water for us at our front door with fresh towels every day even if we didnt have our room cleaned."

"This hotel felt very corporate, but was nice at the same time. Very clean, nice staff, the restaurants we're not what we wanted to eat in. They mainly offered several course set menus. There was a spa pool, but only platinum members could use it. Afternoon tea looked great, but it needed to be booked several days in advance. It was big and impersonal without personal service. "

"I didn’t experience the laundry. Lounge bar have a good selection of drinks and small bites other that the staff has not hospitality and they seem to be more involved into what guest would take to their rooms than asking if they can or could do anything extra very disappointed. "

"Friendly staff, especially the front desk, clean rooms and they’re very generous with the towels. The place is affordable and the amenities like the sauna are top notch. It’s also very close to the bus station and the train station. 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. would definitely stay again."
