「Staff is polite, nice and supportive. This is the second time for me to stay here. Superb location, lawson and sushi downstairs, plus a lot of restaurant in Namba Park which is 3 mins walk. So close to Nankai Train Station that it is very convenient upon your departure and arrival... If to criticize, the basin tap is a bit dirty and torn.」

「周邊：近鐵路出入口，方便落梅田地下街轉車。機場巴士直到附近，落地同去機場都好方便。酒店：早餐不錯，有和牛同元貝食。頂樓有洗衣房，六部洗衣機可以經網頁知道情況。房間算清潔，茶包同日用品都可以係大堂攞。」
